Typical installation includes mounting of our satellite dish, connection to (1) computer, and configuring your email accounts on our service.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION: YOUR COMPUTER MUST HAVE AN ETHERNET PORT TO RECEIVE HI-SPEED INTERNET SERVICE.

Any on-site service calls are charged at the rate of $65/hour if the support required is not as a result of Canyon Broadband service to your business or residence.

Email Access

To access your email account, please go to http://mail.cbiwireless.com and sign in using your full email address in the username field and "cbi" (without the quotation marks) in the password field. Once in your account, you may change your password to one of your choosing, and we recommend you do so before anything else. Your password is YOUR responsibility.

Once in your account, you can read, compose, reply and forward directly from the webmail interface.
